Discounts / Specials

Early Booking Discount:	10% reduction if 90 days in advance; 5% reduction if 60 days in advance.
Weeknight Special:	Enjoy 3 weekday nights at the same price as a weekend.
CARP & Seniors Discount:	During Spring, Fall and Low / Winter season Weekend: 5% - Full Week: 10% - Weeknight: 15%
Extra Night Special:	At no extra charge - For weekend and weekday bookings only, when possible, an extra night added to your booking - must be arranged at booking time. Not valid for holiday long weekends. More details below.
Combining Discounts:	Unless otherwise stated, this is allowed.
Honeymooners:	As a wedding gift, we will give you a free bottle of wine and provide you with terrycloth robes to use while you are with us.

We have partnered with several local businesses and can offer to our clients, at no charge, a set of coupons for significant discounts (i.e. Up to 15%) on selected goods and services. Note: As these depend on partners, offers may change without prior notification.

All Inclusive Prices (No Hidden Extras)

At the resort, the only standard extra charge is for long distance phone calls (to avoid, use your mobile or calling card). Of course, loss/damage/extra cleaning due to cottage/grounds being left excesively dirty will result in a non-standard extra charge. As a housekeeping cottage resort, we do not supply any food.

Notes

Prices:	Prices are per cottage and period; not per person nor per night. Overcrowding not allowed. No camping, tents or camping trailers.
Deposits:	50% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining 50% plus arrangement on covering $300 damage deposit due 30 days before start of rental. Damage deposit only payable if loss / damage / extra cleaning due to cottage / grounds being left excessively dirty.
Check-in/-out:	Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am sharp.
Rentals Start:	Week & weekend rentals start on Fridays.
Refunds:	No refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.
Pets:	Chalet is pet friendly year round. Maples is pet friendly only during winter /off season. All other cottages are pet free. You must clean up after your pets - indoors and outdoors.
Credit Cards:	We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Smoking:	Smoking is only allowed outside the cottages.

Cancellations

• Because of our small size, a last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space.
• All cancellations must be communicated in writing with the notification period starting upon receipt of same.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: you can elect to apply the full amount of your deposit towards a future stay with us (within 1 year) or receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 handling/processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: no refund, regardless of reason, unless we get the cottage rented for the entire original period, in which case, you get a refund of your deposit less a $50 processing fee.

Liability: (The Legal "Stuff")

The use of all facilities and services of the resort and cottages and those of our partners is at the renter's risk. By paying, the renter accepts this risk on behalf of themselves and all other members of their party.

Examples of Extra Night Special Offer (not Applicable for Holiday Long Weekends)

1. Say you book for a weekend (not a holiday weekend - Friday & Saturday nights.

• The normal check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday & the normal check-out time is 11:00 AM Sunday.
• However, when you book, we don't have a booking for the Sunday night.
• At time of booking, at no extra charge, we extend your booking for an extra night (until 11:00 AM on the Monday). Even if you can't stay the Sunday night, you can laze around on Sunday and leave whenever you want.

2. Say you book for a weekend (not a holiday weekend) - Friday & Saturday nights.

• The normal check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday & the normal check-out time is 11:00 AM Sunday.
• However, when you book, we have a booking for the Sunday night; but, have Thursday night open.
• At time of booking, at no extra charge, we extend your booking for the Thursday night so you can check in any time after 4:00 pm on Thursday and not check-out until Sunday at 11:00 am. You still have to be out fairly early (by 11:00 AM sharp) on the Sunday; but, you get a free extra night.

3. Say you book for a mid-week break - when you get 3 nights for the weekend price.

• Let's say for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights, so normal check-out would be by 11:00 AM on the Thursday.
• However, when you book, we don't have a booking for the Thursday night.
• At time of booking, at no extra charge, we extend your booking for an extra night (until 11:00 AM on the Friday). Even if you can't stay the Thursday night, you can laze around on Thursday and leave whenever you want.
