All Inclusive Prices

We pride ourselves on having "All Inclusive" pricing. That is, when at the resort, the only possible extra charge is for long distance phone calls (and we recommend that you use your mobile or a calling card). As we are a housekeeping cottage resort, naturally, food is not included in this.

We have partnered with several local businesses and can offer to our clients, at no charge, a set of coupons for significant discounts (i.e. Up to 15%) on selected goods and services. Note: As these depend on partners, offers may change without prior notification.

Discounts / Specials

Early Booking Discount:	10% reduction if 90 days in advance; 5% reduction if 60 days in advance.
3 for 2 Special:	Enjoy 3 weekday nights at the same price as a weekend.
CARP & Seniors Special:	During Spring, Fall and Low / Winter season, 10% discount
Extra Night Special:	At no extra charge - For weekend and weekday bookings only, when possible, an extra night added to your booking - must be arranged at booking time. More details below.
Combining Discounts:	Unless otherwise stated, this is allowed.
Honeymooners:	As a wedding gift, we will give you a free bottle of wine and provide you with terrycloth robes to use while you are with us.

Notes

Prices:	Prices are per cottage and period; not per person nor per night. Overcrowding not allowed.
Deposits:	50% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining 50% plus arrangement on covering $300 damage deposit due 30 days before start of rental. Damage deposit only payable if loss / damage / excessive cleaning.
Extra Charges:	No service charges added to your bill.
Refunds:	No refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.
Rentals Start:	Week & weekend rentals start on Fridays. Exception: Summer high season rentals for Maples, High Noon, Island View & Sunset start on Saturdays.
Pets:	Chalet is pet friendly (leashed pets). All other cottages are pet free.
Credit Cards:	We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Smoking:	Smoking is allowed until September 2, 2007. Effective Sept 3, 2007, smoking will only be permitted outside the cottages.

Cancellations

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. If a cancellation is made 30 or more days in advance, you can elect to apply the full amount of your deposit towards a future stay with us (within 1 year) or receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 handling/processing fee. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be possible, regardless of reason, unless we get the cottage rented for your entire original booking dates, in which case, you will get a refund of your deposit less a $50 handling/processing fee. All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via post or email) with the notification period starting upon our receipt of same.

Liability: (The Legal "Stuff")

The use of all facilities and services is at the renter's risk. By paying, the renter accepts this risk on behalf of themselves and all other members of their party.

Examples of Late Checkout / Extra Night Special Offer

1. Say you book for a weekend (not a holiday weekend - Friday & Saturday nights. The normal check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday & the normal check-out time is 11:00 AM Sunday. However, when you book, we don'´t have a booking for the Sunday night. At no extra charge, we extend your booking for an extra night and you don'´t have to check out until 11:00 AM on the Monday. This is guaranteed at the time you make a confirmed booking. Even if you can't stay the Sunday night, this lets you laze around on Sunday and then leave whenever you want.

2. Say you book for a weekend (not a holiday weekend - Friday & Saturday nights. The normal check-in time is 4:00 PM on Friday & the normal check-out time is 11:00 AM Sunday. However, when you book, we have a booking for the Sunday night; but, have Thursday night open. At no extra charge, we extend your booking for Thursday night and you can check in anytime after 4:00 pm on Thursday and not check-out until Sunday at 11:00 am. This is guaranteed at the time you 4:00 pm on Thursday and not check-out until Sunday at 11:00 am. This is guaranteed at the time you make a confirmed booking. This doesn´t solve the Sunday check-out problem; but, you do get an extra night at no extra charge.

3. Say you book for a mid-week break - when you get 3 nights for the weekend price. Let'´s say for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights. The normal check-out time would be 11:00 AM on the Thursday. However, when you book, we don'´t have a booking for the Thursday night. At no extra charge, we extend your booking for Thursday night and you can check in anytime after 4:00 pm on Monday and not check-out until Friday at 11:00 am. This is guaranteed at the time you make a confirmed booking. Even if you can'´t stay the Thursday night, this lets you laze around on Thursday and then leave whenever you want.
