$25 if you book your next stay within 7 days of your current stay.
10% if 180 or more days in advance; 5 % if 90 or more days in advance.
(If you book a year in advance, this works out to an effective simple interest rate of 24% on your deposit.)
If your stay in a cottage is more than 14 nights 10% off, if more than 10 nights then 5%.
Combining discounts and specials is allowed; but, maximum total discount is 15%.

Prices are per cottage and period; not per person nor per night.
Overcrowding not allowed. Exceeding cottage maximum = immediate eviction and no refund.
No camping, tents or camping trailers.
Guests and visitors only with prior approval of management.
50% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining 50% plus arrangement on covering $300 damage deposit due 30 days before start of rental. Damage deposit only payable if loss / damage / extra cleaning due to cottage / grounds being left excessively dirty.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM; but, feel free to arrive up to 2 hours early and use the resort's facilities (you can only get into your cottage after the cleaners have finished).
Check-out is 11:00 AM sharp; but, after vacating the cottage and moving your vehicle away from the cottage, you can use the resort's facilities for another 2 hours if you so desire.
Rentals start on Fridays & Mondays.
No refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.

The local municipality has an anti-noise bylaw which prohibits unnecessary outside noise after 11:00PM - this bylaw is enforced by the Ontario Provincial Police. We ask that you obey the law and be considerate (especially in regards to noise) of other guests and our neighbours at all hours of the day and night. Unacceptable behaviour can result in immediate eviction and no refund.
Shangri La & Chalet are pet friendly year round. Maples, Sunset, High Noon & Island View are pet friendly 10 months of the year (all except July & August). You must clean up after your pets - indoors and outdoors. See Pet Policy on web site for full details. No extra charge for pets.
